Franchisees from the Indian Premier League's Mumbai Indians brought their brand to South Africa, rebranding it as MI Cape Town. The MI Cape Town franchise team's logo in SA20 is quite similar to the Mumbai Indians' emblem in the Indian Premier League. Along with that, the franchise has officially announced that their uniform will be worn by the team.

Paarl Royals

 The 2024 SA20 Teams also include the Paarl Royals Squad, which was established in 2022 and is named after the city in South Africa. The inaugural SA 20 match will be played by this South African Twenty20 Cricket League franchise. This cricket franchise is owned by Manoje Badale.

Manoje Badale helped found the top digital venture builder in the UK, Blenheim Chalcot. In the Indian Premier League, he is also owed money by the Rajasthan Royals cricket team. One of Paarl Royal's primary sponsors, Afrihost, has been announced. Additionally, PR has the support of the Royal Group of Sports. Joining Paarl Royals as head coach is JP Duminy, a South African footballer.

To comply with league regulations, PR will acquire five South African players who have already signed, three foreign players, one South African international, and one uncapped South African.

 Named after South Africa's capital, Pretoria, the Pretoria Capitals Squad plays Twenty20 cricket in the SA20 league. He heads the JSW group as its CEO.

Pretoria Capitals have announced the JSW group as their primary sponsor for the inaugural SA20 season. The Pretoria Capitals have hired Graham Ford, a seasoned cricket coach, as their head coach. He has brief experience as the head coach of international cricket teams, having done so for Ireland, Sri Lanka, and South Africa.

Cape Town, South Africa is the name of a cricket team in the South African Twenty20 League called the Sunrisers Eastern Cape Squad. Cricket experts are predicting that this team will be the most exciting. In the SA20 2024 cricket season, Kavaya Maran owns the Sunrisers franchise team from Eastern Cape.

Sun TV Network Limited, owner of the Sunrisers Eastern Cape cricket franchise, has been named a key sponsor of the SA20 2024 tournament. This team's home field is ST George's Park Gqeberha. The team's new head coach is Adrian Birrell.
